Simple, Girly Cards

May 14th, 2012 by Heidi Bound received No Comments »

I have been having fun lately with making different versions of cards. When you sit down to make cards, I think it’s a good idea to make a few of the same card. You can also make a few versions of that card. That way you can put the cards into a stash and easily grab them as you need something for a special occasion.  Making a few versions is also a fabulous way to use scraps from your stash. Lovin’ the vintage gal on the card–It is also a good idea to cut extras of these types of images. For example: if you are cutting butterflies using your Big Shot–cut what you need for your current project and then cut a bunch extra. This makes it so easy to grab that special something for a later project. I do this and keep the extra images in a basket. It is easy to grab something that could be perfect for a card, altered piece or scrapbook page.
